Questions before you buy
Still deciding? Our team answers by email and phone at (505) 407-5965.
Email support@tgcgear.comWhen will my web arrive?
Shipping is free and tracked. Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and delivered in 5–14 business days after that, so a new order may arrive after Halloween. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
Which size should I get?
Sizes are the diameter of the web. The 4.9 ft (1.5 m) web suits a front door, a window or a bush. The 8.2 ft (2.5 m) web spreads across a wide doorway, a garage door or a patch of lawn.
White or black?
White stands out on dark doors, walls and hedges; black stands out on light siding, stone and stucco. Both colors come in 4.9 and 8.2 ft.
How do I hang it?
The maker doesn't list hooks or ties, so use your own. Tie the ends of the outer lines to hooks, railings or branches, or drape the web over a bush or lay it flat on the lawn, as in the photos.
Are the spiders included?
No, you get 1 web. The plush spiders in the photos are sold separately: our Giant Plush Halloween Spider comes in 7 sizes, from 12 to 79 in across.
Can it stay outside?
The maker lists it as an outdoor spider web but gives no material or weather rating. Take it down after Halloween and store it dry for next year.
What if it arrives damaged or I change my mind?
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Email support@tgcgear.com with your order number (and photos if anything arrived damaged), and we'll send you return instructions.
